On-Site vs Pick-Up and Delivery
Our customers have asked for it, so we are providing an option for On-Site computer repair. Our ON-SITE Pricing is $99, but does not include all problems - as some computers simply need to be worked on using tools only available in our store.
BUT THERE IS AN EASIER OPTION...
Instead of working on your computer at your home - we offer to pickup and delivery! Round trip airfare for your computer is just $1 per mile at a $10 minimum - and YES, we pick up anywhere! (Lawrence, Burlington, Emporia - that includes you!)
Here's how it works!
- Call PC911 of Kansas at 785-756-4700 and discuss your computer problems - then ask about our pick-up and delivery option.
- We will schedule a pick up and enter your information into our database.
- We meet you at the provided address according to our schedule, then collect your computer. *Note: Missed appointments will be charged a 'You-Forgot' fee equal to the pick-up and delivery cost - but don't worry, we have cell phones.
- We fix your computer's problems in our service center in downtown Topeka.
- You can pick up your computer and get a $5 discount, or we will bring it by the next time we schedule pickups and deliveries. (Usually within 7 days.)
